ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

We accept refunds on full price items purchased online only. We do not accept refunds or exchanges on any promotion/ sale/ discounted items.

Due to hygiene purposes, Serendipity Chic does not offer returns for change of mind on accessories.

FULL PRICED ITEMS

If returned within 14 days from purchase date, you are eligible for a refund or exchange. Please note exchange shipments will incur a $14.95 reshipment fee.

To be eligible to return and exchange, please ensure:

  • Item is in original condition, with all tags still attached
  • Item has not been worn, altered or washed
  • Item is received by us within 14 days of purchase.

Returns after this period will NOT be accepted. Serendipity Chic reserves the right to deny a refund if items are received late, used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and will be held for the customer to pick up or arrange return delivery.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
  1. Email us at info@serendipitychic.com.au quoting your Order Number
  2. Explain your reason for return and if you require an exchange or a refund;
  3. Include your receipt (which comes with your purchase) and post your return to the address below. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure it is received in a timely and secure manner.

We are not responsible for merchandise returned to our online store that is lost in transit or for any return postage charges incurred, excluding the return of faulty items. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

Providing the above conditions have been met, a full refund or exchange will be processed within 48 hours of goods being received and in the same tender as the original payment.

Note: Refunds may take up to 5 business days to clear, depending on your bank.

We do NOT refund shipping costs for goods returned, unless the item is faulty.

The return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended you send your return via a traceable method and retain proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed.

We do our best to facilitate all exchange requests, however if the requested size or style is unavailable online at the time of processing your return please understand we will not be able to fulfill your request.

SALE ITEMS

We do NOT offer refunds, exchanges or store credit on Sale items (unless the item is faulty). This includes any items purchased at a reduced price or using a promotional code during a promotional sale period.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please e-mail an image and description of the fault to info@serendipitychic.com.au and we will advise of next steps.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

While Serendipity Chic makes every attempt to ensure that the online store accurately reflects the availability of stock, in the event that an item you purchased is not available, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and you will receive an immediate refund.
